The Clubhouse is immediately adjacent to the wee pier.  The Club owns the building and the ground immediately in front of it.   The following facilities are available.

Storage: The store room is available for members to keep kit but due to its small size we would ask that only small items are stored.  E.g. Oars and outboards.  No fuel cans or "chemicals" are to be stored in the clubhouse on safety grounds.  All equipment is stored at the owners risk.

Boat Parking: Space is available for boat parking in the winter but it is limited and members should consult the commodore well in advance of any planned parking. A charge is made for parking.  We ask that all boats are removed from in front of the Clubhouse by the end of May each year, and that empty trailers are removed for storage away from the area in front of the club.  Launching and recovery of boats is the responsibility of individuals.  In recent years use has been made of a local tractor for a reasonable sum and also a crane.  Individuals have grouped together to synchronise launching and hauling out in order to share costs.  

Picnic Tables And Barbeque:  The club has two substantial picnic tables in front of the clubhouse and a basic barbeque.  These are used for social events and are available for use on an ad-hoc basis.

Club Room And Kitchen:  The Clubhouse has a main meeting room and kitchen which is equipped with a kettle and microwave.

Industrial Sewing Machine:  Is stored in the Clubhouse.

Bar: The Clubhouse has an honesty bar, which is stocked with a basic selection of beer and wine.  Purchases are recorded on the sheet provided and are invoiced by the treasurer.  Prompt payment is requested.

Noticeboard: Events and matters of interest are posted on the noticeboard on a regular basis.

Access To The Clubhouse: A key can be obtained from the treasurer for a small fee.  Keys are controlled and should be kept secure and returned in the event of membership being discontinued.

Whilst the Club does not have a formal non-smoking policy,  it is requested that those members who do smoke take the wishes others into consideration at Social events and meetings in the Clubhouse
