Membership dues are invoiced on an annual basis. Non-payment can result  in loss of membership.  Members are requested to pay promptly to minimise the burden of collection, and for cash flow purposes.  Dues and charges are reviewed on an annual basis and members will be notified as and when changes are made.

Members are asked to inform the secretary of any changes in contact details.  As the cheapest and easiest means of communication, email is the main means of regular informal communication and notification of events.  Those members who do not have email should consult the notice board in the clubhouse.

Merchandise

We have reviewed the club merchandise and have a new range of practical and flattering tops for the discerning club member !!
We wanted to get away from keeping a stock of garments to minimise issues of stock keeping and cash being tied up, so are now intending to supply to order. This is to get away from keeping a stock of garments, and will eliminate issues of stock keeping and club cash being tied up. Although there is not a minimum number required for ordering, it is our intention to place orders on a quarterly basis.  Lisa Osborne has courageously offered to co-ordinate this ordering and supply process.
The various items have been selected on practicality, quality and appearance, with the aim being to keep the cost reasonable.  There is a small profit on each one to contribute to club funds. The logo is the standard club burgee design but has been made slightly larger than the previous version. For those of you wishing to see an example, there will be some samples left in the clubhouse from this weekend.
