1) Action points from previous meeting.

Ø Clubhouse new windows delivered – Workparty to complete windows.

Ø Sewing machine relocation.

Ø Green ff - Carl

2) Dinghies.

Ø The green flying fifteen is to be sold.

Ø Following the demise of the rescue boat Paul will pursue the purchase of a R.I.B. which would be chiefly funded by grant.

Ø Picos: there will be a team responsible for the Picos, John Osborne and Andy Reeve volunteered for this role. Rules for Pico sailing will be drawn up.

4) Training.

Ø RYA Powerboat cert – Sandy will discuss with chap at Ross garage with a view to a local two day course course.

Ø Sailing goes wild event planned for July

5) Clubhouse

Ø Clubhouse sub-committee formation for development plans

Ø Workparty – general tidy, paint duties following completion of boat launch.

6) A.O.B.

Ø Insurance – Car park make good following storm damage on completion of boat launch

Ø Membership fee, increase agreed at AGM.

Ø The whole clubhouse issue was outlined at the a.g.m.

Ø Fish Week – wee hector launch to be arranged
