Minutes of the previous meeting: agreed

1) Safety Boat

Ø Safety Boat (Zodiac Pro 9 c/w 70hp engine) on order expected delivery early April.

2) Training.

Ø Safety boat training arranged for 22/23 April at Tanera Sailing School.

Ø Kids sailing camp planned for 26, 27 & 28 July 06 on Tanera prior to Tanera Regatta.

3) Clubhouse

Ø Clubhouse sub-committee formation for development plans – on-going. Paul to contact Architect to arrange visit.

Ø Workparty for Wee Pier Maintenance 18^th March.

4) AGM

Ø 18^th March 06 in the Ullapool Hotel

5) A.O.B.

Ø Committee Meetings – agreed to hold monthly committee meetings on the first Tuesday of each month.

Ø Sailing Goes Wild – date agreed for 19^th Aug 06 – RW to confirm with Liz
